Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Account Manager to serve as a key point of contact for federal and state/local government clients. This on-site role, located in Tulsa, OK, involves building strong client relationships, managing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing tailored solutions. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, meeting sales goals, handling procurement processes, preparing proposals, and overseeing contracts and orders to ensure timely delivery and superior service.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in client account management, including relationship building and service delivery excellence
  • Proficiency in sales and procurement processes, including proposal preparation and contract management
  • Experience with government clients, particularly in federal and state/local markets, is highly desirable
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to effectively oversee customer orders and ensure timely response
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to convey technical details clearly
  • Familiarity with medical gear or experience in the healthcare sector is beneficial
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to diverse customer needs
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Management, or a related field or equivalent experience
