Founded in 2012, our agency is led by Daniel and supported by a team of 10 dedicated professionals who bring a strong blend of insurance, claims, and financial services experience to the work we do. Daniel has more than 25 years of personal experience in the industry and holds a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Chemistry from Oral Roberts University, along with FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65 certifications.

As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Daniel Parker - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

• 3-5 years of experience in insurance sales or customer service from one of the following companies State Farm, USAA, Farmers, Allstate, American Family, Chubb, Liberty Mutual, New York Life, Guardian Life, Mass Mutual Life or Northwestern Life.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Compensation $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
