Job Description

Okie Staffing is partnering with a growing telecommunications provider to hire an experienced Sales Executive focused on VoIP and business communication solutions.

This role is ideal for a consultative B2B seller who enjoys helping organizations modernize how they connect, collaborate, and scale.

Role Overview

As a Sales Executive, you will own the end-to-end sales process for VoIP and telecom solutions, working with mid-market and enterprise clients. You’ll guide prospects through discovery, solution design, and implementation while building long-term business relationships.

Compensation

$65,000 – $85,000 base salary

Plus performance-based incentives tied to revenue and growth

What You’ll Do
  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting to close
  • Conduct consultative discovery to understand business communication needs
  • Present VoIP, hosted PBX, SIP, and telecom solutions as strategic business tools
  • Build and maintain a strong, qualified sales pipeline
  • Deliver tailored demos and solution presentations
  • Partner with technical and implementation teams to ensure seamless onboarding
  • Act as a trusted advisor on scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency
What We’re Looking For
  • 7+ years of B2B sales experience in technology, SaaS, telecom, or consulting
  • Proven success closing complex, solution-based deals
  • Strong pipeline management and forecasting skills
  • Experience building long-term client relationships
  • Confident communicator with strong negotiation and presentation abilities
Preferred Experience
  • VoIP, telecom, cloud, or managed services sales
  • Working with procurement and contract review processes
  • Cross-functional collaboration with engineering or service teams
