Job Title: Account Manager
Pay: $55,000 - $65,000 + commission
Location: Tulsa, OK

Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Account Manager with a minimum of five years of B2B experience to drive client satisfaction, revenue growth, and long-term partnership success. This role is responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of business clients while serving as the primary point of contact for all account-related needs. The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, strategic, and comfortable balancing client service with revenue growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of services
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand account revenue
- Conduct regular client check-ins, performance reviews, and business planning meetings
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and account reports as needed
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity to proactively support client strategies
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and leadership to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded
- Travel occasionally for client meetings, relationship building, and industry events
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B account management, client services, or related role
- Proven track record of managing and growing client relationships
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Primarily office-based with occasional travel required for client meetings and industry events
- Travel estimated at 10–20%, depending on client needs
