Job Title: Account Manager

Pay: $55,000 - $65,000 + commission

Location: Tulsa, OK

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager with a minimum of five years of B2B experience to drive client satisfaction, revenue growth, and long-term partnership success. This role is responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of business clients while serving as the primary point of contact for all account-related needs. The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, strategic, and comfortable balancing client service with revenue growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of services
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand account revenue
  • Conduct regular client check-ins, performance reviews, and business planning meetings
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and account reports as needed
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activity to proactively support client strategies
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and leadership to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded
  • Travel occasionally for client meetings, relationship building, and industry events
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B account management, client services, or related role
  • Proven track record of managing and growing client relationships
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
Work Environment & Travel
  • Primarily office-based with occasional travel required for client meetings and industry events
  • Travel estimated at 10–20%, depending on client needs
