Route Service Representative – Rental Division

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route and provide service and sell within an existing customer base. This is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position involving delivery and pickup of uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products.

Compensation & Schedule

• Solid base salary and commission potential after being assigned a route
• Majority of work is a 4‑Day workweek
• Majority of work is no nights or weekends
• Monthly/Quarterly performance bonuses & incentives

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

Qualified candidates must meet all Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. Prior to the first day of employment, candidates must:

• Have an active driver’s license.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Obtain a DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment.

• A high school diploma, GED, or military service.
• The ability to demonstrate a strong customer service orientation.
• Self‑motivation and drive to work in a team‑based environment.
• A positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit.
