In-Home Sales & Tech Support (Part Time)

Pay Rate: $22.05 hourly + mileage reimbursement + phone stipend + sales commission.

Schedule:

5 evenings per week –

Hours:

4:05pm to 9:00pm.

This is a local, in‑home field role requiring daily travel to customer residences – not remote. The position is entry‑level and ideal for someone starting their career who enjoys talking to people and wants hands‑on sales experience.

• Use the Serve, Solve, Sell™ approach to assist customers in‑home or at the office.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, prioritize the customer, and meet or surpass sales targets.
• Diagnose and resolve customers’ tech issues, providing clear solutions regardless of their tech knowledge.
• Present and sell Asurion products tailored to customer needs, leveraging strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Participate in paid training and ongoing coaching to build product knowledge and sales competence.

• Comfortable working in a sales environment with set targets.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record with at least one year of driving experience.
• Proof of valid car insurance (Motorcycle insurance not required).
• Own personal vehicle (excluding motorcycles) with maximum expected one‑way travel distance of 120miles.
• Personal cell phone available for job communications.
• Comfortable working around household pets.
• Efficient, adaptable, goal‑oriented, persuasive communication skills.
• Open‑minded with a passion for learning and a wide range of skills.
• Outgoing individual who thrives in human interaction.

• Guaranteed base hourly rate paid bi‑weekly.
• Uncapped commissions paid bi‑weekly.
• Mileage reimbursement paid weekly in accordance with IRS guidelines.
• $35 phone stipend paid monthly.
• 3‑week paid training program.
