Rental Coordinator

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, overtime after 40 hours.

• Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the Equipment Share rental process.
• Expand existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals; educate customers about Equipment Share benefits.
• Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and keep customers updated on new opportunities.
• Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications.
• Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and improve customer experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
