Your Role at SIXT
- Design and execute strategies to generate leads, convert prospects into customers, and nurture relationships to drive growth of the pipeline.
- Create and negotiate offers for tailored mobility solutions, bring them to closure, and overcome objections through active listening and out-of-the-box thinking.
- Proactively pursue sales leads generated from a variety of sources, negotiate and implement mutually beneficial solutions for new clients.
- Present complex information and ideas effectively to diverse audiences through various mediums.
- Aid in the improvement of the existing sales process and the optimization of everyday routines.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of customers and prospects and analyze potential customers to offer SIXT products that fit their needs.
- Experience: Work experience in sales or customer service and the ability to collaborate effectively with managers and teams.
- Education: Bachelor's degree and authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in computer navigation, including Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and other CRMs.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask effectively, and excellence in professional communication.
- Commitment to Excellence: Demonstrated passion and skill for sales, with a proven ability to recognize complex customer needs and match them with suitable offers.
- Availability: Commitment to working full-time to meet business needs.
