Blue Rock search has partnered with a Home/Commercial Services Franchisor to identify their next Executive of Franchise Sales for multiple brands. Franchise Sales Executive will have primary responsibility for selling single and multi-unit franchise licenses nationally. The Franchise Sales Executive is a key member of the organization and has responsibility for bringing successful franchisees into the company.
PRIMARY OBJECTIVES
- Take full ownership of personal lead generation and limited person marketing budget, ensuring solid return on investment in lead generation efforts.
- Set, meet/exceed division-wide annual quota targets through new development and growth of nationwide franchise sales
- Work with relevant team members and vendors to maintain limited effective lead generation marketing; track performance and adjust plans accordingly
- Maintain strong rapport and relationships with prospective Franchise candidates
- Cultivate qualified prospects into motivated and successful franchise owners
- Ensure a positive first impression and professional experience with all prospects
- Host qualified (financially vetted) prospects for Discovery Days at HQ
- Act as liaison between prospects and legal department to ensure a smooth process as they come on board as a franchise owner
- Present the opportunity to prospective franchisees, eventually leading to franchise sales.
- To successfully obtain franchise sales and area developer agreements.

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION:
- BS or BA is desired
- Minimum of five years of relevant work experience
- Proficient use in Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications
- Proficient in use of CRM systems (i.e. Salesforce, etc.) to manage sales pipeline
- Knowledge of Franchising regulations and related documents and processes preferred
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in franchise sales with a history of achieving sales goals
- Proven record of sales success with a high investment business opportunity
- Excellent phone and email communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, have strong organizational skills, and be detail-minded
- Understanding of legal requirements of the franchise sales process
- Experience using CRM and mapping software a big plus
- Able to communicate effectively verbally, in written form, and in person during Discovery Days
- Persistent, enthusiastic and ability to engage, interact, and respond effectively with franchise candidates in a manner that motivates, informs and leads to sales, while at the same time, courteously leading non-qualified candidates to other options
- Strong work ethic and high integrity/trust
