Something big is launching. We need closers. Avantive Solutions just landed a new program with a Fortune 100 telecom company and we're building the team that will crush it. For people who have been grinding in sales and feel like they're not being rewarded, this is your moment.

Compensation

  • $18.00/hour base
  • Uncapped commissions – our top reps are earning $27/hour and beyond
  • No territories or earning limits

Schedule

  • Monday through Friday
  • A fixed 8‑hour shift between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM
  • Paid training starts June 15th – don’t wait
What the Role Looks Like

You’ll work from a lead list provided by the client. Some calls are outbound sales, some are retention. Your job is to connect, find out what the customer needs, handle their questions, and close. You’ve done this before. You know how to read a conversation and steer it – we need you to do that here.

Qualifications
  • You have outbound sales experience and know how to close – required
  • You have at least 6 months of contact center experience – required
  • You are 18 or older with a high school diploma or GED
  • You can pass a federal background check and drug screen
  • You are ready for a role where your effort actually shows up in your paycheck
