Role & responsibilities Key Account Management

  • Manage and develop relationships with strategic key accounts in Food & Beverage, Nutraceutical, Pharmaceutical, and Personal Care sectors.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Understand customer business goals, product pipelines, and sourcing requirements.
  • Develop account plans and business growth strategies for each assigned customer.
Sales Growth & Business Development
  • Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling of existing and new products.
  • Identify and convert new opportunities within existing customer organizations.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms.
Product Portfolio Promotion

Promote Taiyos key ingredient portfolio including:

  • Sunfiber
  • Suntheanine
  • Sun Active
  • Green Tea Extracts / Functional ingredients
  • Conduct technical presentations, product demos, and customer workshops.
  • Coordinate sampling and new product development discussions.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
  • Monitor market trends, customer activities, and competitor movements.
  • Provide strategic insights on pricing, market opportunities, and product demand.
  • Support new product launches and market expansion plans.
Cross-functional Coordination
  • Collaborate with Technical, R&D, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Coordinate order processing, dispatches, and payment follow-ups for key accounts.
Reporting & CRM Management
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
  • Update CRM systems with account activity, opportunities, and progress.
  • Present periodic business reviews to management.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Business, or related field.
  • MBA in Sales / Marketing is preferred.
