Overview
National Sales Manager Industrial Equipment. We are seeking a National Sales Manager to lead sales efforts for specialized hydraulic-powered equipment used in mining, excavating, dredging, hauling, and lifting applications across the U.S. Our products are hard at work in a variety of industries including utility, industrial, towing & recovery, construction, government, energy, defense, forestry, mining, and agriculture services.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, prioritize, and close high-value prospects nationwide
- Grow revenue within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to meet or exceed goals
- Maintain accurate CRM records and analyze data to guide sales activity
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers
- Bachelors degree in business, engineering, marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of industrial or B2B sales experience, specifically with heavy-duty mobile equipment, aftermarket, and OEM parts products
- Proven success in national or multi-territory account management
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and CRM skills
