Overview

National Sales Manager Industrial Equipment. We are seeking a National Sales Manager to lead sales efforts for specialized hydraulic-powered equipment used in mining, excavating, dredging, hauling, and lifting applications across the U.S. Our products are hard at work in a variety of industries including utility, industrial, towing & recovery, construction, government, energy, defense, forestry, mining, and agriculture services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, prioritize, and close high-value prospects nationwide
  • Grow revenue within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to meet or exceed goals
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and analyze data to guide sales activity
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in business, engineering, marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of industrial or B2B sales experience, specifically with heavy-duty mobile equipment, aftermarket, and OEM parts products
  • Proven success in national or multi-territory account management
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and CRM skills

  • Open to 50% - 75% travel
