Sales Assistant

Our client is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused internal Sales Assistant to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for a driven individual with strong administration, quotation, order processing, and customer service experience within an IT or technology environment.

• Generate accurate quotations and process customer orders.
• Ensure orders are processed efficiently and submitted to Finance.
• Coordinate deliveries and ensure commitments to clients are met.
• Assist with the preparation and submission of tender responses.
• Support Account Managers with administrative and sales-related activities.
• Source competitive pricing from suppliers and vendors.
• Maintain healthy margins through accurate costing and pricing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and procurement teams.
• Assist with debtor management and follow up on outstanding accounts.
• Ensure compliance with company governance and operational procedures.
• Deliver excellent customer service while supporting business growth objectives.

• Matric / Grade 12 (essential).
• Diploma or Degree in Sales, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in an Internal Sales, Sales Support, Sales Administration, or similar role.
