In-Home Sales & Tech Support (Full‑Time)

In‑Home Sales & Tech Support is a local, in‑home field role requiring daily travel to customer residences – not Remote. Pay Rate: $20.05 hourly plus mileage reimbursement, phone stipend, and sales commission. Full‑time schedule: 5 days/week – 12:05pm to 9:00pm.

We’re looking for entry‑level talent who enjoys talking to people and wants hands‑on sales experience. You’ll receive paid training and then work independently in the field, building skills in communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving while applying our Serve, Solve, Sell™ approach.

  Meet customers in‑home or anywhere scheduled; provide exceptional customer service and prioritize the customer first.

  Use your expertise to address and resolve customers’ tech issues, offering clear solutions regardless of their tech knowledge.
• Sell
  :
  Leverage Asurion’s product range to offer tailored solutions; listen actively to identify customer needs and position products to meet those needs. Use strong negotiation and communication skills to close sales.

• Comfortable working in a sales environment with set targets.
• A valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record and at least one year of experience.
• Proof of valid car insurance (excluding Manhattan); personal vehicle (motorcycles excluded).
• A personal cellphone to stay connected while on the job.
• Comfortable working around household pets.
• Efficient, adaptable, goal‑oriented, and persuasive communication skills.

• Base hourly rate guaranteed for all hours worked.
• Uncapped commissions based on sales performance.
• Mileage reimbursement per IRS guidelines.
• $35 phone stipend paid monthly.
• Training paid 3‑4 weeks; early access to earned pay.

Work hours may vary based on business needs; flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. The maximum expected one‑way travel distance is 120 miles.
