Trauma Sales Representative - Tulsa, OK

On‑Call Requirements – This position requires an on‑call schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to support trauma cases as they arise. Candidates who choose not to pursue the position due to the on‑call demands will not be negatively evaluated.

• Sell Stryker Trauma products to surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• Become the resident trauma expert, advising on products and tools.
• Manage inventory, maintain relationships, and provide training during operating/emergency room consultations.
• Operate in emergency/operating room environments and prepare solutions quickly.
• Attend sales and professional association meetings outside regular business hours as required.

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years experience in clinical healthcare or sales (or a combination of the two).
• 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of marketing strategy, product demonstration, and sales techniques.
• Excellent organizational skills and proficiency with MS Office and databases.
• Experience building and maintaining relationships with surgeons and hospitals.
• Comfortable in emergency/operating room environments.
• Attendance at sales meetings and professional association meetings outside regular business hours, as required.
• Compliance with Adva Med principles and applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

100% commission with eligibility for bonuses and benefits. 20% travel.
