Are you a high-performing sales professional with deep roots in the Tulsa construction industry? Blue Sky Glass, LLC is officially expanding into Northeast Oklahoma, and we are looking for a powerhouse Outside Sales Representative to spearhead our growth. We aren’t looking for someone to just "manage" a territory—we are looking for a territory owner. With an anticipated yearly sales volume of $10M, this is a premier opportunity to leverage your local network and earn an uncapped income in a high-demand industry.

As our first feet on the ground in Tulsa, you will be the face of Blue Sky Glass, transforming architectural visions into reality through our premium glass and aluminum solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Drive Revenue: Proactively identify and secure new business contracts with General Contractors, Glazing Contractors, and Developers to hit a $10M annual territory goal.
  • Strategic Prospecting: Identify and track high-value commercial and residential projects in the Tulsa metro and surrounding areas from the bidding stage through completion.
  • Consultative Technical Sales: Serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients specify the right storefront systems, curtain walls, and custom architectural glass for their specific project needs.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term partnerships with industry stakeholders to ensure Blue Sky Glass is the preferred provider in the region.
  • Project Liaison: Collaborate closely with internal production and logistics teams to ensure all orders are delivered accurately and on schedule.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 3+ years of proven success in B2B outside sales, specifically within the construction, glass, or building materials sectors.
  • Local Expertise: Deep knowledge of the Tulsa/Northeast Oklahoma construction market with an existing "rolodex" of industry contacts preferred.
  • The "Hunter" Mentality: A self-starter who is motivated by high-volume targets and the challenge of building a new market from scratch.
  • Communication: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively with everyone from site foremen to executive developers.
  • Requirements: Must have a valid Driver’s License and a reliable vehicle for daily travel to job sites and client offices throughout the territory.
Compensation

$30,000 Base Salary + 1% Uncapped Commission on Gross Sales. On-Target Earnings (OTE): $130,000+ (Based on $10M territory potential).
