This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager based in Warr Acres, OK. The Territory Sales Manager will oversee driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and expanding the company’s customer base. Responsibilities include conducting sales meetings, handling customer inquiries, providing training to the sales team, and collaborating with internal teams to meet and exceed sales objectives. Additionally, the role requires providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

• Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and achieve targets
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Proven ability to develop new business.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of the industrial or commercial contracting sector is a plus
