• $18.00/hour base
• Uncapped commissions - our top reps are earning $27/hour and beyond
• No territories or earning limits

• Monday through Friday
• A fixed 8-hour shift between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM
• Weekends off
• Paid training starts June, so don't wait

Here’s what the job actually looks like:

You’ll work from a lead list provided by the client. Some calls are outbound sales, some are retention. Your job is to connect, find out what the customer needs, handle their questions, and close. You’ve done this before. You know how to read a conversation and steer it. We need you to do that here.

• You have outbound sales experience and know how to close,
  required
• You have at least 6 months of contact center experience,
  required
• You’re 18 or older with a high school diploma or GED
• You can pass a federal background check and drug screen
• You’re ready for a role where your effort actually shows up in your paycheck
