Sales Representative, Inside Sales
People don't call a law firm because they're having a good day. They call because they're scared, overwhelmed, or fed up — and the person who answers can either make it worse or make it better. That person is you. This isn't cold calling. It isn't chasing leads who don't want to hear from you. Every conversation starts with someone who has already raised their hand and asked for help.
Your job is to listen, understand what they're really up against, and guide them to the right next step with our firm. Do that well, and you'll close naturally — because people sign with the person who actually heard them. We're looking for a closer who leads with empathy, not pressure. Someone who's already proven they can build something — we want to see a $1M book of business in your track record, because that tells us you know how to earn trust and turn relationships into results.
If you've ever felt like your sales talent was being wasted pushing things people didn't need, this is the opposite of that. You'll sell help to people who need it.
- Field inbound inquiries from potential clients across our practice areas (family law, criminal defense, personal injury, and more)
- Run consultative intake conversations — ask the right questions, get to the real problem, and recommend the right path forward
- Build genuine rapport fast, often with people who are stressed or emotional
- Convert qualified inquiries into signed clients while keeping the experience human, not transactional
- Follow up with persistence and care — no lead falls through the cracks
- Track every conversation and outcome in our system (Practice Panther) so nothing gets lost
- Hit and exceed monthly conversion and revenue targets
- Be the first impression that makes someone glad they called us
- A proven $1M book of business you personally built — this is non-negotiable
- Real inside sales experience with a consultative, relationship-driven approach
- A natural read on people and genuine empathy under pressure
- The discipline to follow up relentlessly without being pushy
- Comfort selling a high-trust, high-stakes service (legal, financial, healthcare, or similar a plus)
- Strong phone and written communication — clear, warm, and confident
- CRM fluency and the organization to manage a full pipeline
- The mindset that closing and caring are the same skill, not opposites
$50,000 - $60,000 base plus bonuses per year
