Sales Representative - Oklahoma , OK - Sports Medicine

• Promote and sell Stryker Sports Medicine products to doctors, nurses, and staff.
• Lead sales pitches and demo meetings, preparing presentations and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with cross‑divisional sales representatives to set strategic goals and targets.
• Participate in trade shows and events to generate leads and maintain relationships.
• Analyze market territory, manage inventory reports, and negotiate prices and terms of transactions.
• Provide product training and support, acting as a subject‑matter expert for operating room or office settings.
• Travel approximately 20% of the time within the assigned territory.

• 2–5 years of outside sales experience in medical or related fields preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or five (5) years of commercial sales or medical field experience (including operating room experience).
• Must be able to drive an automobile.
• Strong communication, networking, and closing skills, with a proven ability to exceed quarterly sales quotas.
• Knowledge of Stryker products and ability to educate and influence healthcare professionals.

• Base salary of $50,000, with eligibility for commission and/or bonuses.
