Position Summary
The Sr. Account Manager, known at Ensono as Client Engagement Executive, is accountable for the growth and management of Ensono client accounts. The role owns the client relationship and collaborates across Service Delivery, Pricing, and Solutions Engineering to drive profitable growth through strategic client relationships and world‑class delivery.
Responsibilities- Act as the client’s main point of contact and steward the commercial relationship.
- Own and expand executive relationship maps and key technical and business relationships.
- Drive whitespace growth of existing services, balancing single‑service and mixed Ensono products.
- Build partnership alliances with partners such as Dell, AWS, and MSFT to support client transformation.
- Manage messaging on operational stability with Service Delivery Management.
- Enable and sell new services across the client’s IT landscape, understanding competitive services.
- Leverage Advisory, Consulting, and Specialist teams to identify needs and build services growth plans.
- Maintain account plans, strategies, and SFDC data stewardship.
- Conduct weekly internal client status and opportunity reviews; monthly and quarterly business reviews with client and Ensono teams.
- Manage the Ensono Executive Sponsor program and secure the right specialist roles.
- Drive M and Q and influence SDM and other resources to resolve operational and commercial challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university or equivalent work experience.
- 10–15 years of sales experience with enterprise‑scale solution selling.
- Demonstrable experience in the managed‑services marketplace, key players, competitive strengths, and weaknesses.
- Experience working in a matrixed sales environment.
- Proven track record of navigating mid‑ and large‑sized enterprises to create IT and business‑led opportunities.
- Public sector sales experience.
- Independent, self‑directed, and resourceful under pressure.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Strong management and business acumen.
- High empathy, self‑awareness, and interpersonal skills.
- Diligent curiosity to deeply understand clients’ objectives and challenge the status quo.
