We’re seeking candidates for the Licensed Sales Associate, Retention role to join our dynamic Operations organization! You’ll be a critical contributor to our loan retention strategy as you support existing Figure customers through their financing decisions. The Licensed Sales Associate will engage with customers, consult on financing options (including keeping their current loan or refinancing with us), and ensure a positive experience for all borrowers.

• Engage with existing Figure borrowers via outbound calling, text, and email to discuss their current loan and financing options.
• Assess existing clients’ current financial needs to find the right loan product, interest rate, or term length, with a primary focus on retention.
• Defend against competitor offers by discussing the costs and benefits of refinancing, guiding clients to a win‑win decision.
• Guide clients through their loan borrowing decision and help them navigate our fully‑digital application process when they choose to refinance with Figure.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Figure’s products, competitive offerings, and market rate changes.
• Consistently beat retention and sales targets every month.

• BA/BS from an accredited university (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in mortgage lending as a Loan Officer.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, with the proven ability to “close.”
• Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed sales and retention targets.
• Active NMLS license in 15 states, or at least 10 in core states, is preferred.

• Base compensation range: $25 to $32 per hour.
• On‑target earnings range: $100,000 to $116,000.
• A commission plan that rewards results – with uncapped commissions and upside accelerators.
• Compensation may vary based on experience, location, or evolving business needs.
