International forwarder is looking for a Sales Representative.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with shippers, manufacturers, and distributors in the U.S. and Mexico.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within cross-border trucking and logistics.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Provide tailored logistics solutions, pricing strategies, and market insights to clients.
- Work closely with operations and carrier teams to ensure smooth service execution.
- Stay up to date on customs regulations, freight rates, and market trends.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Remote position; candidate must live in the Midwest or Texas.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in international logistics industry.
- Spanish language skills preferred but not required.
- Salary + commission compensation structure.
