Job Summary

As a Sales Associate at J.Crew, you embody the brand and provide a welcoming, inclusive experience for customers while driving sales and supporting store operations.

• Provide a seamless and authentic customer experience that reflects the J.Crew brand.
• Drive sales while exceeding selling and service expectations.
• Assist in operational and product‑driven store tasks assigned by management.
• Share customer feedback and insights with the management team.

• At least 18 years old.
• Passionate support for the brand, customers, and team.
• Current awareness of fashion trends and industry developments.
• Excellent teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy in task execution.
• Innovative mindset and strong problem‑solving skills.
• Scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical capability to bend, reach, stretch, lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds (18 kg).

Hourly Rate: $17.00 – $19.10 (dependent on location and experience).
