Our client is growing and has a need for a Construction Sales Representative to develop new business and expand relationships throughout the territory. You'll work directly with commercial and industrial builders, contractors, and subcontractors, providing access to skilled craft professionals who help keep projects moving safely and on schedule.

• Develop relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, and project leaders.
• Generate new business through networking, prospecting, and job site visits.
• Grow existing accounts by delivering exceptional service and identifying new opportunities.
• Partner with internal recruiting and operations teams to ensure client success.

• Proven success in B2B sales, preferably within construction, industrial services, or workforce solutions.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated professionals who enjoy managing their own territory and driving results.
• Familiarity with the construction industry is highly preferred.
