• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: $70,000 - $150,000+ per year average. Top performers making $200,000+.
• Supplemental Pay:

• Generate leads through canvassing, referrals, or storm outreach.
• Inspect roofs, gutters, siding and educate homeowners.
• Write and close roofing contracts.
• Collect money.
• Manage the project from start to finish.

• Minimum 18 years of age with a valid driver's license.
• Self-starting, go-getter attitude; coachable, disciplined, and self-motivated.
• Reliable transportation; must have a ladder ready; company trucks available during business hours.
• Must be 21 years or older with a completed Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Cell phone required.
• Enjoy working in or want to work in outside door-to-door sales.
• Able to climb a ladder and lift 50 lbs.
• Able to walk on a roof and not afraid of heights.
• Strong communication skills; driven and goal-oriented.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.
