Job Summary
The position is responsible for ensuring continued and increased growth by negotiating renewals or selling products and services to existing customers, understanding customer needs, and providing customer support. Ability and willingness to travel, including overnight stays.
Qualifications- Must have a General Lines Agent Life, Health, and HMO license or obtain one within the required timeframe per state regulations.
- 4 years of experience in a healthcare management field, claims processing, customer service or marketing/sales involving decision making, self‑direction, and finance/product analysis.
- OR Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of healthcare management, customer service, or marketing/sales experience.
- Health care management work experience including PPO and HMO.
- Customer service oriented; detail oriented.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel.
- Experience addressing customer needs and making sound decisions; building strong customer relations.
- Experience analyzing reports.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Bilingual in Spanish/English.
Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office; 2 days remote.
Pay and BenefitsBase Pay Range: $56,900.00 - $85,300.00. Compensation will vary based on skills, education, and experience, and the role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to plan terms and conditions.
