Roofing Sales Project Manager — Tulsa (1099 Commission‑Based)

Full‑time position at Shamrock Roofing & Construction. Average annual compensation ranges from $70,000 to $150,000+, with top performers earning $200,000 or more. This role is 1099 commission based with bonus opportunities and competitive training pay.

• Generate leads through canvassing, referrals, or storm outreach.
• Inspect roofs, gutters, and siding; educate homeowners about roofing solutions.
• Write and close roofing contracts.
• Collect payments from customers.
• Manage the project from start to finish, coordinating with crew and suppliers.

• Minimum 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license; must be 21 years or older to hold a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
• Experience with door‑to‑door sales; must be comfortable with a high‑volume sales pipeline and able to generate self‑leads. Company leads will be provided.
• Self‑starting attitude, coachable, disciplined, and self‑motivated.
• Reliable transportation; ability to carry a ladder and lift 50 lbs.
• Walk on a roof and not afraid of heights.
• Strong communication skills, goal‑oriented, capable of juggling multiple tasks.
• Valid cell phone.
• Preferred:
  Veterans; strong sales background if not veteran status.
