Ameristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is looking for an Inside Sales Manager to join our sales team. The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for driving the achievement of excellent sales results for their specific region via recruiting, hiring, on-boarding and training their inside sales team members while coordinating with internal Perimeter Security departments to drive customer satisfaction.

What

you will be doing:
  • Ability to present regional results to Sr Management of Perimeter Security
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to communicate professionally across the organization
  • Excellent organizational, planning, presentation, troubleshooting, and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must be able to lead independently and as a team member
  • Takes self-responsibility and initiative where needed to improve and/or change existing processes. Uses their personal voice to support the growth of the organization.
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant outside work experience managing a sales team.
Required Experience
  • 2+ years of Ameristar inside sales experience or relevant outside work experience managing a sales team
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with both external customers and internal cross-functional departments to drive successful sales results for Perimeter Security.
  • Functional experience in recruiting, hiring, on-boarding and training inside sales people.
  • Functional experience transferring organizational performance targets to team members as KPI and development targets.
  • Maintaining a consistent cadence of employee reviews and development meetings while maintaining performance and career development goals.
