Description: As our sales and marketing manager, you will be responsible for local sales, customer service, account management, and creativity in offering proactive suggestions to help Jackson Technical reach its business and marketing objectives. You will be responsible for creating and deploying marketing strategies to maximize ROI for the company.

• Establish, build and maintain client relationships.
• Work with individual clients in determining, then fulfilling their advertising needs.
• Develop and implement effective marketing plans.
• Create advertising themes, write copy and prepare layout designs.
• Communicate effectively with the professional graphics department.
• Increase customer satisfaction and improve sales and profit from your sales territory.

• Advertising sales experience preferred.
• Ability to deal effectively with all types of personalities.
