Responsibilities
  • Establish strong rapport with customers to identify the best plumbing products and services for their needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution from sale to completion.
  • Prepare accurate and detailed scopes of work and project documents for installation teams.
  • Confidently present plumbing solutions, pricing, and timelines in a clear and professional manner.
  • Represent the company with professionalism and integrity in all customer interactions.
  • Promote customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Identify opportunities for improving department processes and contribute to team goals.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in sales, plumbing service, or project management.
  • Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial plumbing systems.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confidence in presenting solutions and handling objections.
  • Ability to read and interpret plumbing codes, permits, and plans.
  • Familiarity with job costing, gross margin, and profitability analysis.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project software tools (Service Titan experience is a plus, but not required).
  • Self‑motivated with a positive, customer‑focused attitude.
