Job Requisition

• Demonstrate selling skills and pull‑thru execution by strategically and tactically allocating resources to drive results
• Develop effective customer relationships and leverage them to drive results
• Apply baseline knowledge of business analytics, including customer data, resources, and tools
• Build account and territory plans and use available data to target and access the most valuable accounts
• Possess expertise across the product portfolio, therapeutic areas, and managed care
• Effectively manage territory by routinely analyzing data to target high‑prescribing HCPs
• Develop and deliver effective sales presentations on the organization’s products to target HCPs
• Meet or exceed established call average and sales performance expectations
• Demonstrate market and industry knowledge relative to the product portfolio and competitor products
• Use clinical and disease state knowledge to understand the impact on patients and providers
• Complete all administrative tasks in a timely manner
• Attend various sales training classes, sales meetings, and national/regional conferences

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum 2 years GI specialty pharmaceutical sales experience preferred with a demonstrated track record of success
• Must reside in or near the assigned geography
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving history; company vehicle will be provided
• Willingness to travel overnight may be required
• Strong business acumen, teamwork, collaboration, accountability, tenacity, and communication skills
• Ability to drive in a geographically large territory for long periods of time each day
• Capable of lifting sample boxes up to 25 pounds; reasonable accommodations may be provided for those unable to lift 25 pounds
• Will perform other job‑related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time

The starting base pay range for this role is 105K–145K. Actual starting pay will be based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, experience, qualifications, education, and location. The position is eligible for participation in an annual bonus program or a sales incentive plan.
