Sales Associate

Lens Crafters is committed to delivering state-of-the-art eye care with a personalized approach. This part-time Sales Associate role supports our vision of providing exceptional customer experiences in each store.

The Sales Associate sets the standard for quality eye care and eyewear by ensuring each customer has the best experience. The role helps establish Lens Crafters as the premier destination for vision needs in the community.

• Consistently deliver sales plans and company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Use optical prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements to choose the perfect vision solution.
• Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with the Optician as needed.
• Participate in a positive store environment, fostering strong, professional relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
• Maintain store appearance, keeping displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized.
• Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, computers, calculators, and basic phone and math skills.
• Ability to embrace new technology and change with a high level of accuracy.
• Skill and accountability to sell using sales techniques and meet goals.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Self‑motivated with demonstrated ability to multi‑task and respond flexibly in a rapidly changing environment.

Pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, and local minimum wage requirements.
