Maximize sales in the prestige category (color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance) by engaging guests to determine their needs and assisting with selection and purchase of prestige merchandise;
Provide exceptional guest service and maintain store standards including cleanliness and replenishment;
Support the Sales Manager through focus on service/retail sales and in-store events, guest service, and compliance with procedures;
Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests to drive sales;
Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver an unrivaled guest experience while meeting prestige and brand sales goals
