Sales Consultant – Foot & Ankle

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the growth and development of the F&A HCP customer base
• Achieve a level of expertise to present, demonstrate, and ensure proper utilization of DePuy Synthes’ products
• Develop new business while supporting existing business within F&A product portfolio
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager to create business plan targeting and market strategy
• Educate and inform surgeons and hospital staff on the proper use of F&A portfolio
• Maintain appropriate contact with prospects or newly converted customers
• Provide support to F&A surgeons/DPMs and OR personnel during surgical cases
• Maintain JnJ sales equipment and promotional materials
• Achieve business plan objectives and sales goals/quotas

• Bachelor’s degree or higher PLUS a minimum of 2 years’ experience OR Associates degree and/or Certified Surgical Technician PLUS 6 years related experience
• Recently Transitioned Active Duty Military AND A minimum of 3 years of selling, account management or related experience
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work in a lab/operating room environment
• Must be self-motivated and have excellent relationship building skills
• Valid driver's license issued in the United States
• Ability to travel as needed
• High level of attention to detail

Demonstrates expertise in F&A product portfolio sales and customer relationship management, with a strong focus on educating healthcare professionals and achieving sales goals. Proven ability to collaborate on business strategies and maintain high levels of attention to detail in a surgical environment.
