Oklahoma home builder that is continuing to grow throughout the Tulsa market! They’re seeking a driven New Home Sales Representative to help prospective buyers navigate one of the biggest and most exciting purchases of their lives.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys relationship-driven sales, working independently, and guiding customers through the full sales process. You’ll work primarily from an assigned model home, meeting prospective buyers, conducting home and community tours, following up with leads, and supporting customers from their initial visit through construction and closing.
The company provides strong marketing support and generates approximately 150–225 leads per month, with roughly half converting into appointments. Successful representatives also create additional opportunities by building relationships with Realtors, networking with local businesses, and prospecting throughout the surrounding community.

Skills:
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills

- Must be available to work weekends
- Must live in or be willing to relocate to the Tulsa, OK area
The model home serves as the representative’s primary office, and the schedule generally includes weekends with two weekdays off.
