We are currently hiring for the role of Sales Specialist.
SUMMARY The Sales Specialist is an entry-level role within the Inside Sales team. This position is focused on delivering exceptional customer service, efficiently processing orders, and supporting the overall sales process. Sales Specialists build a strong foundation in Kele’s systems, products, and customer service standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with timely and accurate information.
Enters and processes orders accurately in accordance with internal procedures.
Supports quoting efforts by creating basic quotes and forwarding more complex requests to appropriate team members.
Follows up on open quotes, backorders, and shipping updates.
Escalates complex issues to Technical Sales Specialists or Senior Technical Sales Specialists.
Promotes Kele’s products and services using ASLAN principles.
Maintains accurate documentation in order entry and internal tracking systems.
Participates in product and service training to build product knowledge and sales skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of industrial distribution or process/combustion equipment is a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn company ERP/CRM systems
