As a Outside Sales Representative at Bird Construction, you'll be an essential part of our Flock, helping Oklahoma homeowners navigate storm damage and protect their most valuable asset. You’ll engage in team sales meetings and hands-on fieldwork, receiving ongoing training and real-world exposure to develop strong industry knowledge. This is a commission-only position with paid training to start. You'll need reliable transportation that can carry a ladder, and you must not be afraid of heights as this role involves roof inspections and assessments.

We provide comprehensive training to ensure you have the knowledge and support needed to succeed. This is a drug free Company. Subject to pre-employment drug testing as well as random drug testing.

• Required: Reliable transportation that can carry a ladder
• Preferred: Previous experience in canvassing, door-to-door sales, or related fields
• No experience necessary—We're looking for hungry, coachable individuals ready to learn! We'll teach you everything you need to know

Pay: $50,000.00 - $ per year
