Field Sales Representative

Compensation
- We offer a base salary of $2,500 per month plus commission, covered travel expenses, health benefits, and Paid Time Off (PTO).

Travel locally to businesses to introduce our core product lines, including storefront doors, windows, glass, and mirrors.

Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial and business clients across the area.

Represent the company professionally during face-to-face prospective visits.

Attend and complete full on-the-job training to master our product catalog and sales process.

• Attend online and in-person meetings, trainings, trade shows, and sales events

High drive to succeed and strong self-motivation.

No prior experience needed—full training is provided!

Comfortable traveling to visit local businesses daily.

Dependable and available to work standard full-time hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM).

• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
