Client Relationship Management, Operations Management, CRM Systems & Management
Wirth Law Office is hiring a Sales Manager in Tulsa.
People call our firm on the worst day of their lives. A custody fight. A criminal charge. A divorce. Most of them call two or three firms before they decide who to trust. Your job is to make sure the people who should hire us actually do, and that nobody gets lost in the gap between the first call and the signed agreement.
You will run our sales team, including intake and consultants, the people who answer those calls and work the web leads for all eight of our Oklahoma offices. You will coach them, measure what converts, and fix what does not. You will also manage our networking and referral employee who spends real time outside the building, building referral relationships with other attorneys, community partners, and local businesses who send people our way.
This is not a legal job. No law degree, no legal background needed. What you need is to be steady with people in hard conversations, organized enough to run a follow-up system that actually gets followed, and competitive enough to care about the number at the end of the month.
We opened in 2010, and we have been growing ever since. This position is new. You will not inherit somebody else's broken process. You will build the one we use.
Compensation$55,000 - $60,000 plus bonus
