We are hiring Business Developers for permanent, direct-hire opportunities across Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas
.
This is a true business-development and outside-sales role
. You will own a local territory, build your prospect pipeline, make a high volume of outbound calls and in-person visits, identify business opportunities, meet with decision-makers, and convert prospects into new clients.
If you enjoy being in the field, making calls, opening doors, asking for the business, and building a book of business from the ground up, this could be a strong opportunity for you.
Texas Arkansas- Bentonville / Springdale
THIS IS A HIGH-ACTIVITY SALES ROLE
Success in this position requires consistent daily prospecting and strong sales discipline
.
You will be expected to:
- Make approximately 120 total sales calls per week
- Complete approximately 100 face‑to‑face prospecting visits per week
- Conduct at least 60 meaningful conversations with business decision‑makers each week
- Conduct approximately 5 strategic sales appointments every week
- Generate an average of 2 new clients per week
- Prospect approximately 800–1,000 accounts per quarter
The goal is not simply to make calls — it's to have real business conversations with decision-makers, uncover opportunities, create qualified leads, schedule appointments, and win new accounts.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING- Build your own pipeline through cold calling, networking, referrals, field prospecting, and other outbound activities
- Identify companies with potential staffing/workforce needs
- Research and qualify prospects based on need, budget, timing, and business requirements
- Contact business owners, hiring managers, and other key decision-makers
- Respond quickly when a prospect demonstrates buying interest
- Schedule meetings and move qualified opportunities through the sales process
- Present services and explain the value of the solution
- Ask for the business and convert prospects into new clients
- Follow up consistently until the opportunity is won, lost, or no longer viable
You will spend a significant amount of your week actively prospecting for new business

This includes:
- High‑volume outbound calling
- Calling targeted accounts and decision‑makers
- Following up on previous conversations
- Creating reasons for prospects to meet with you
- Scheduling value‑based appointments
- Re‑engaging prospects that have gone quiet
- Using referrals and networking to generate additional opportunities
We’re looking for someone who is comfortable picking up the phone and starting conversations with people who don’t know you yet.
FIELD / OUTSIDE SALESThis is not a desk‑only sales position.
A major part of the role involves getting out into your territory and meeting potential customers face‑to‑face
.
You will:
- Visit local businesses and commercial/industrial locations
- Meet with decision‑makers
- Attend scheduled sales appointments
- Prospect businesses surrounding existing appointments
- Build relationships within your assigned territory
- Network with local business organizations and community groups
- Adjust your daily route to maximize selling time and productivity
You will be responsible for developing and managing your own territory.
You’ll:
- Divide your territory into manageable geographic areas
- Create daily and weekly sales plans
- Maintain a focused list of priority prospects
- Determine the appropriate contact frequency for each prospect
- Track opportunities through the sales pipeline
- Identify prospects with the highest likelihood of closing within the next 90 days
- Consistently follow up and move opportunities forward
