Position: Contract & Application Administrator

Summary

The role is critical to our ability to deliver implementation projects for our casino clients. The Contract & Application Administrator is responsible for preparing and submitting casino gaming license applications, which are required for our employees to work on-site at client locations. The ideal candidate will be very detail oriented and reflect a high ethical standard and confidentiality.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Prepare, complete, and submit casino gaming license applications and renewals for staff so they can access client sites and perform implementation work.
  • Accurately enter and verify all application data; even minor errors can cause delays or rejections.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information, including background details and, at times, fingerprinting-related documentation, with the highest level of discretion.
  • Maintain organized records and tracking for application status, deadlines, and renewals.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders and external parties to resolve application issues and move processes forward.
  • Participate in planning discussions and assist in executing client engagement strategies.
  • Work independently in an office environment and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Extremely detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to accuracy and completeness.
  • High ethical standards and proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Excellent technical writing and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work proactively, manage deadlines, and prioritize tasks with minimal oversight.
  • Ability to work full-time, in-office.
  • Ability to pass stringent background investigations.
