** Tulsa, OK** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a chemical and/or petrochemical location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that helps to deter incidents. You will document activity, communicate clearly with site personnel, and support access control and other security-related duties.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations; working environments and conditions may vary by assignment.

+ Control access by verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials per site policy, directing deliveries to designated areas, and documenting entries and exits as required.

+ Monitor cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems; report irregular conditions, maintenance issues, and/or potential hazards to the appropriate site contacts.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing accurate radio and/or phone communication, completing detailed reports, and preserving the scene for responding personnel when required.

* + Comfortable using a computer and/or tablet preferred.

+ A state, county, and/or city issued security license preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
