As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy hotel and resort location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. ** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to guests, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a hotel location.

+ Respond to incidents, guest concerns, disturbances, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and notify on-site management and/or emergency services as required.

+ Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hotel interior areas and exterior perimeter including lobby, corridors, meeting spaces, parking areas, and loading or service areas, with working conditions varying by post.

+ Control access to restricted and back-of-house areas by monitoring entrances, observing visitor activity, and assisting with credential checks and/or key control processes per site policy.

+ Complete required documentation such as patrol logs, incident reports, and shift activity reports, and communicate relevant updates during shift turnover to support consistent security-related coverage.

* + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
