• Schedule:
  
  Full Time – required to have open availability and work various shifts. Specific shift and schedule information will be discussed during the interview process.
• Competitive hourly wage of $17.48 to $19.02 (Daily Pay is available for Garda World employees).

• Monitor the premises to ensure security.
• Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity.
• Control access points and verify identities.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security.
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents.
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
• Oversee and support security officers during assigned shifts.
• Ensure all officers follow company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have a valid Driver's license.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process.
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
• Responsive and strong problem solving skills.
• Shift Supervisor or Lead experience is required.
• Minimum 6 months of security experience required. Military or law enforcement backgrounds are highly valued.
• You have a CLEET license or the ability to obtain one.
