** How you'll make an impact in this role*
* Operate the organization's telecommunication system to answer and route incoming calls and to communicate codes, alerts, drills and other announcements.

+ Receive and relay internal and external calls and provide general information according to protocol.

+ Maintain desk directories, on-call list, reference guides and other associated reference materials.

+ Operate beeper and paging system to contact personnel and code team.

+ Communicates codes, alerts, drills and other announcements according to established policies and protocols, including disaster management plans.

** What minimum requirements you'll need*
* Education:

+ High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

+

Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

** What additional preferences we're seeking*
* Experience:

- Prior operator experience preferred

- Excellent communication skills

- Team Player

- Good computer skills
