As a Security Officer Patrol Services in Tulsa, OK, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong customer service and communication.

Job Schedule: Mon 3:30 PM - 8:00 PM, Tue 3:30 PM - 8:00 PM, Wed 3:30 PM - 8:00 PM, Thu 3:30 PM - 8:00 PM, Fri 3:30 PM - 8:00 PM

Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

CLEET assistance is available. Weekly Pay.

Walk/stand long periods of time.

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout storefront areas, common areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and high-traffic areas, observe customer and visitor activity, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.
• Support closing and opening routines as assigned, assist with crowd management during busy periods, and provide visible presence throughout the location to deter disruptions and support daily operations.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
