Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual conditions in a calm, problem-solving manner and report details according to site protocols;
Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization as required, and document security-related concerns observed during the shift;
Support access control, incident documentation, and communication with site contacts during routine operations, shift changes, and/or emergency situations
