Agent de Sécurité Nuit (H/F) - Staff House - Hiver 26/27

Four Seasons Resort Megève is looking for an Agent de Sécurité Nuit (H/F) for the winter season 26/27. This role involves ensuring the overall security of the facility and reports to the Assistant Security Manager and the Security Director.

The ideal candidate will be capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, and will be proactive, creative, and a team player. Proficiency in the use of IT, remote surveillance, and physical security systems is required.

Responsibilities include maintaining a permanent presence at the security station, enforcing safety rules, ensuring the proper operation of fire protection equipment, organizing rounds to prevent and detect fire hazards, enforcing fire regulations, and preventing the entry of undesirable elements likely to disrupt the hotel's activities.

The position requires the legal right to work in France, fluency in French and English, and the French certification "Carte Professionnelle" and SSIAP 1.

Four Seasons offers a 39-hour seasonal contract, salary communicated during interview, uniform supplied and laundered, one meal per shift at the Employees' Cafeteria, a bonus at the end of the second consecutive season, and a night bonus.
