Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or members of the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns according to site guidelines;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter, noting unusual activity and helping to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptions;
Monitor entrances, exits, and public areas, assist with access control and visitor interactions, and communicate clearly with site contacts regarding security-related matters
